Refund Policy

100% Guaranteed Refund if we make a mistake, or we deliver the wrong product, or if quality is an issue. Or somehow we just stuffed up along the way, hey it happens but you have no need to worry as we will cover all costs and make sure you're satisfied and happy if it's our error.​

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there was an error on our behalf. As items are perishable we cannot accept returns if it was not a mistake of ours. 

You must notify us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please take a picture(s) to email to us, if requested. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and images of product issues.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your images are viewed or if you have been requested to return your item for physical inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email images or the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
